July is very nearly over and done with and it's not been a bad month in this part of the UK. Weather has been good and I have done all sorts of good things. I am ahead of myself too as I have August already to go. For those of you who don't know this is the Art Calendar challenge set up by the lovely
Kate of the Kathryn Wheel, so just nip over there and have a look at all the gorgeous calendar pages. August represents for me Sea and Sand hence the colours I have chosen and those gorgeous Stampotique mermaids and octopus.
Lovely pages you have created. I think I will have to treat myself to some of those mermaid stamps!

ReplyDeleteHi Pat!
ReplyDeleteDidn't have an email address for you, so am leaving a message here. My cousin, also named Pat!, from Edinburgh, and I were in New York in September for four days before we left from there to go on a TIM HOLTZ cruise! We had THE best time! So much so that we are getting ready to go on the next cruise with him, in only 53 days! Ooooohhhh, can't wait!
I see you joined my 'followers' (too funny, having 'followers! LOL). Thanks!
Find out where your cousin is, then come out and visit him, and come spend a few days with us! We are about 125 km north of Vancouver, right on the coast, looking over to the snow-peaked mountains on Vancouver Island. It truly is a beautiful part of the world. (But my heart is in Scotland!) L
Can't believe you had August all ready to go - you are teacher's pet ha ha!! Your pages look brill - I'm still in love with those mermaids :-) Well done for staying with this challenge so long. Only 5 months to go and then you will have done 2 years!
