WASHI TAPE JOURNAL PAGE
This idea came from Marjie Riordan Kemper I saw it on her blog how to use up the many rolls of washi tape that we all have in our stash. I painted a double page spread using Dina Wakley heavy body acrylic paint Turquoise then placed rows of black and white washi tape. Using Ranger blending tool and foam I blended Archival ink Venetian Orange and Deep Purple through a couple of Crafters Workshop stencils and then stamped using Dina's stamps and black Archival ink.

AUGUST 2017 ART CALENDAR CHALLENGE
My August page finished and ready to go. The beach huts and little boats are Stamps by Kate Crane for Stampotique and the little Balloon Boy is a stamp by Magda Polakow. I think I may have difficulty finding a pen to show my writing on these dark squares probably a white Uni-ball Signo pen will be best.

FAST AND FURIOUS
Spent a fab day at Art From The Heart Harrogate yesterday, it was a Tracy Scott workshop titled" Fast and Furious" but it wasn't in the least it was actually quite relaxing. We did three different pages using masking tape, Dina's paints Amsterdam paints and Dylusions ink sprays. The words were stamped using Tim's new foam alphabet stamps and black Archival ink. I might add to mine later but at the moment I am quite happy with my pages.

JULY ART CALENDAR
Here's July, not all the blocks are filled in as some days are pretty boring just mundane stuff. The image is from a Stampotique stamp, as is the little cat in the bottom corner, I love there stamps. The stencils are all from The Crafters Workshop. Now I really need to make a start on August!
Art Calendar Challenge
It's a long time since I took part in Kate's Art Calendar challenge but in April I got my mojo back and have taken part since then.

TEESHA MOORE PAGE
I did this page absolutely ages ago so I can't remember what I used apart from the images which are from Teesha Moore PDFs. This is another one for my craft room wall.

A woman is like a tea-bag
I have not blogged for over two years at least and I have even forgotten how to blog so if things are a bit haywire please excuse me. The above is a page I started on the 1st May 2017 and decided to add to it and finish it the other evening. The arrows are from one of Dyan's stamp sets, the others forming the background are from Seth Apter stamp sets which I love. The image is one of Tim Holtz "Paper Dolls, the quote I found in a news paper. I have machine stitched all the way round the page. I was going to fix this into one of my journals but I like it so much that it is now on the wall in my craft room.
